TNA Wrestling presents its summer pay-per-view extravaganza, Slammiversary, LIVE on pay-per-view and TNA+ from UBS Arena on Long Island, New York!

The action begins on Countdown to Slammiversary streaming LIVE AND FREE on TNA+YouTubeFacebook and Twitch.

We kick things off with championship action as The IInspiration challenge The Elegance Brand for the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles! The early advantage goes to Ash and Heather By Elegance as they cut off the ring and wear McKay down. McKay creates separation, allowing her to make the tag to Lee. The pace quickens as Lee goes on the attack. Lee hits Ash with a Superplex but M By Elegance puts her foot on the bottom rope. Lee takes out everyone on the floor with a crossbody from the second rope. M cracks Lee with a torch from ringside. Ash follows up with Rarified Air to win.

The Northern Armory make a surprise appearance on Countdown to Slammiversary. Eric Young disrespects New York and its fans when he’s interrupted by The Home Town Man for an impromptu match!

It doesn’t take long before Judas Icarus and Travis Williams get involved, allowing Young to gain control. Young rakes the eyes, followed by a top rope elbow drop for two. Icarus and Williams are caught up with the fans at ringside as Home Town Man scores a pinfall victory over Young.

It’s TNA Wrestling vs. Fourth Rope as TNA International Champion Steve Maclin unites with his two most recent challengers, Jake Something and Mance Warner, to battle Real 1, Zilla Fatu and Josh Bishop! Warner avoids a top rope splash from Fatu, then makes the tag to Maclin. Real 1 is Caught in the Crosshairs. Bishop plants Something with a Chokeslam. Fatu leaps off the steps to deliver a Samoan Spike to Maclin. Warner inadvertently collides with Something. Real 1 hits Something with Eat Defeat to score the victory.

Slammiversary is on the air!

Cedric Alexander and Mustafa Ali renew their longstanding rivalry to kick off Slammiversary! Alexander hits a pair of German suplexes on the floor. Alexander is confronted by Ali’s Secret Service, allowing Ali to connect with a big dive to the outside. Alexander hits a Michinoku Driver off the top as both men crash into everyone on the floor. Alexander connects with a thudding back body drop onto the steel steps. Skyler hits Alexander with a DDT on the floor. Ali follows up with the top rope 450 but it’s not enough. Tasha Steelz puts her hands on the referee and is ejected from ringside. Order 4 gets involved once again as Alexander fights them off. Alexander hits the Lumbar Check for a very close near fall. Steelz is back but Alexander takes her out with a Lumbar Check. Ali catches Alexander with another 450 to win.

Gia Miller interviews Joe Hendry ahead of his TNA World Championship rematch tonight.

Matt Cardona joins forces with Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and JDC of The System to battle NXT’s DarkState! A brawl erupts before the opening bell. JDC pays homage to the late, great Sabu as he dives over the top rope. Cutler James is in control as he picks Myers apart, and goes after the rest of The System on the apron. Myers creates separation with a spear, then makes the tag to Cardona. DarkState bounces back with a triple powerbomb on Cardona. The System and Cardona hit a flurry of tandem offense on Shugars but it’s not enough. Cardona hits Radio Silence on Shugars, followed by Boston Knee Party from Edwards to win.

Trey Miguel is unable to compete in tonight’s Four-Way Ladder match for the TNA World Tag Team Titles and will be replaced by Myron Reed.

Slammiversary rolls on with a personal showdown between Tessa Blanchard and Indi Hartwell! Blanchard is in firm control of the matchup as she targets the knee of Hartwell. Minutes later, Hartwell creates an opening, planting her with a thunderous Superplex. Hartwell continues to build momentum with a series of clotheslines. Hartwell connects with Hurts Donut but it’s not enough to keep Blanchard down. Blanchard hits Magnum but this time it’s Hartwell who kicks out just in time. Hartwell scores the victory following Hurts Donut into the ropes, followed by a modified Full Nelson Slam.

After the match, Blanchard attacks Hartwell during a post-match interview with Gia Miller. Blanchard slaps Gia across the face and drives her face into the steel steps.

History will be made as TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich battles NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne in a winner takes all Title vs. Title match! Slamovich falls victim to the numbers game of Fatal Influence in the early going. Jayne takes advantage, sending Slamovich into the steel ring post. Moments later, Fallon Henley gets involved from ringside. Slamovich begins to fight back with Air Raid Crash into the corner turnbuckles. Jayne hits her signature running knee strike for two. The referee prevents Jacy from using the NXT Women’s Title as a weapon. Jacy uses the Knockouts Title instead but it’s not enough. Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee neutralize Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx at ringside. Jayne inadvertently superkicks the referee. Slamovich plants her with the Snow Plow. Another referee is here but the delay allows Jayne to recover. Jayne hits the Rolling Encore to score the victory and become the new Knockouts World Champion.

After the match, TNA President Carlos Silva hands Jayne the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

Eric Young is furious with The Northern Armory after falling to The Home Town Man earlier tonight.

Leon Slater looks to become the youngest X-Division Champion in history as he challenges Moose at Slammiversary! Moose hits Go To Hell early. Slater counters a powerbomb on the outside and sends him crashing into the steel ring steps. Slater counters Go To Hell into a Hurricanrana off the apron. Moose catches Slater but the counters continue as Slater plants him on the ramp. Slater soars with Big Play Slater over the ring post. Back in the ring, Moose hits a buckle bomb but Slater immediately rebounds with a clothesline. Moose connects with the Spear but Slater kicks out at two. Slater powers up Moose for Utopia. Slater hits a Spear of his own, followed by the Swanton 450 for another near fall. Slater hits Code Red on the floor, then soars halfway across the ring with a Swanton Bomb. Slater follows up with another Swanton 450 to become the youngest X-Division Champion in history.

In a tremendous sign of respect, Moose puts the X-Division Title around the waist of Leon Slater.

After the match, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles makes his long-awaited return to TNA Wrestling!

Styles recognizes TNA as the place where he built his name and congratulates Slater on becoming the youngest X-Division Champion of all time. Styles endorses Slater as the future of the X-Division.

The TNA World Tag Team Titles hang in the balance as The Nemeths defend against The Rascalz, The Hardys and FIR$T CLA$$! Myron Reed is in for an injured Trey Miguel. Reed hits Ryan Nemeth with the Flame On cutter to the outside. Wentz sends Navarro crashing through a ladder. AJ Francis is climbing a ladder but Matt Hardy hits him in the back with a steel chair. Jeff Hardy soars with a Swanton Bomb to Francis. Ryan gets intro an altercation with Johnny Damon at ringside. Francis hits the world’s largest Moonsault from a ladder. Moments later, both members of FIR$T CLA$$ are pushes off of ladders through two more at ringside. The Rascalz are laid out on ladders and Jeff hits them with a pair of Swanton Bombs. A production ladder hanging from above the ring comes into play. Matt stabilizes it while Jeff climbs up to retrieve the titles.

After the match, Bully Ray makes his shocking return to TNA Wrestling, congratulating The Hardys on becoming four-time TNA World Tag Team Champions. Bully lays out the challenge for this October at Bound For Glory, one more match between two of the greatest tag teams of all time, The Hardys and Team 3D!

Director of Authority Santino Marella reveals that Tessa Blanchard is indefinitely suspended following her actions towards Gia Miller earlier tonight.

It’s main event time at Slammiversary as Trick Williams defends the TNA World Championship against Joe Hendry and Mike Santana! Frankie Kazarian joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary. Santana goes for Spin the Block early but Hendy evades before Trick takes them both out with a double clothesline. Hendry and Santana hit Trick with a powerbomb blockbuster combo. Trick counters Spin the Block from Santana into a Trick Kick. Hendry plants Trick with the Standing Ovation but Kazarian pulls the referee out of the ring. The referee ejects Kazarian from ringside. Santana hits Hendry with the Rolling Buck 50, followed by a cannonball in the corner. Hendry turns the tide with Standing Ovation but it’s not enough to keep Santana down. It appears that Trick is injured on the outside. Santana hits two Spin the Blocks on on Hendry but Trick recovers out of nowhere, tossing Santana to the outside and stealing the pin for three.
