TNA Knockouts World Champion Léi Yǐng Lee teams with her fellow Angel Warrior, Xia Brookside, to battle Heather and M of The Elegance Brand! Reigning TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, The IInspiration, are seen watching the match backstage. Out of nowhere, Dani Luna pulls Léi Yǐng Lee off the apron and sends her into the steel ring post. The Elegance Brand deliver a double team dropkick to Brookside, securing the victory!

Backstage, Director of Authority Santino Marella is distraught after being betrayed by his daughter, Arianna Grace.

 

Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt announce that Stacks will defend the TNA International Championship against Steve Maclin next Thursday. 

 

Meanwhile, Moose and Cedric Alexander will challenge Leon Slater for the TNA X-Division Championship in a Triple Threat match at Genesis. Plus, Elijah returns to action against Mustafa Ali. 

 

 

Mustafa Ali steps into the ring against the fan-favorite Home Town Man! Ali takes control with a rolling neckbreaker, followed by a standing Moonsault. Home Town Man hits a bulldog to start building momentum but involvement from The Great Hands allows Ali to quickly regain control. Ali puts Home Town Man away with the 450 Splash.

After the match, Ali attempts to send a message to Elijah as Order 4 continues the assault on Home Town Man. Elijah plays mind games with the leader of Order 4.

 

 

The Rascalz want a shot at the TNA X-Division Championship and Santino Marella makes it official: later tonight, Trey Miguel, Myron Reed and Zachary Wentz will face off for a title opportunity on the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC.

 

We hear from the NXT outlaws, led by Arianna Grace and TNA International Champion Stacks. Grace explains that she has lived in her father's shadow for her entire life and that is why she betrayed Santino Marella two weeks ago.  Grace reveals that Marella did not inform her she was no longer needed on TNA programming, she had to call travel to find out. Grace is now carving her own path alongside Stacks.

Tessa Blanchard, Victoria Crawford and Mila Moore look to bounce back against Indi Hartwell, Jody Threat and Jada Stone in six-Knockout tag team action! It doesn't take long before Robert Stone gets involved, allowing Moore to take control of Jada. Blanchard, Crawford and Moore cut off the ring wear Jada down. Jada is able to create separation and make the tag to Hartwell. The pace quickens as Hartwell goes on the attack. The match begins to break down as everyone gets involved. Blanchard capitalizes off another distraction from Robert, connecting with Magnum on Jada. Moore scores the pinfall to win.

After abducting Matt Hardy, The Righteous reveal more cryptic insight into their obsession with the TNA World Tag Team Champions. The Hardys interrupt to tell Vincent and Dutch that they are not interested in mind games, but they are interested in a fight! The Righteous back down as The Hardys look on from the top of the ramp. 

 

 

 

TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary as Trey Miguel, Myron Reed and Zachary Wentz face off for a title shot on the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC. Reed launches Miguel into a neckbreaker from Wentz. Everyone is down following a Blockbuster from Miguel. Reed and Miguel soar over the top rope with aerial offense to the floor. Wentz hits Miguel with the UFO Cutter. Reed catches both men with a springboard 450 to win.

We hear from The System as JDC's retirement from in-ring competition approaches at Genesis. Eddie Edwards says that he is honored to face JDC in his final match. JDC went to Santino Marella and got one last match for the entire System next Thursday: they will face TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater, TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys and Cedric Alexander.

 

 

The Righteous continue to play their disturbing mind games with The Hardys.

 

 

After outlasting 19 other competitors in a Battle Royal, TNA newcomer Bear Bronson has earned this TNA World Championship match against Frankie Kazarian! Bronson has Kazarian reeling in the early going as he retreats to the outside. Kazarian uses the ropes to his advantage, gaining control with a Slingshot Leg Drop. Kazarian dominates for several minutes until Bronson creates an opening. Bronson builds momentum with a running powerslam for two. Bronson dives through the ropes, then sends Kazarian into the steel ring steps. Kazarian rakes the eyes and slams Bronson into the steps. Bronson makes it back into the ring before the referee's count of 10. Kazarian hits Fade to Black to remain TNA World Champion.

After the match, Mike Santana announces that their scheduled TNA World Title match has been moved from Genesis to January 15 on the premiere of Thursday Night iMPACT! on AMC.
