An all-new TNA iMPACT! is on the air from El Paso, Texas.

We kick things off with a 20-Man Battle Royal to determine the No. 1 Contender to TNA World Champion Frankie Kazarian on the first iMPACT! of 2026. Speaking of Kazarian, he joins Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary. B.D.E. eliminates John Skyler. Ryan Nemeth delivers a thumb to the eye of Home Town Man before tossing him over the top. Myron Reed hits Flame On to eliminate Judas Icarus as The Rascalz catch Reed in mid-air to prevent his feet from touching the floor.

A.J. Francis appears at ringside to eliminate Rich Swann before hitting him with a Down Payment on the apron.

Moose and Cedric Alexander argue with each other, allowing Eric Young to clothesline them both over the top rope for a double elimination. The final three are Eric Young, Bear Bronson and Ryan Nemeth. Bronson tosses Ryan over the top and we're down to two. Bronson counters a Piledriver to last eliminate Young, winning the Battle Royal.

TNA Knockouts World Champion Léi Yǐng Lee teams up with Xia Brookside to battle Tessa Blanchard and Mila Moore in tag team action! Both Angel Warriors fly off the top rope to take out their adversaries with crossbodies to the floor. Robert Stone provides a distraction from the outside, allowing Blanchard to take control with a dropkick to Lee. Moore cuts off the ring and wears down Lee in the corner. Lee is about to tag in Brookside but Stone pulls her off the apron. Moments later, Lee successfully tags Brookside as the tide begins to turn. Lee hits Moore with the Warrior's Way to score the victory.

Elijah performs an in-ring concert as he addresses his recent issues with Mustafa Ali. It doesn't take long before Order 4 interrupts to deliver their own statement. Ali recalls being dragged away by Elijah on horseback just two weeks ago at Final Resolution. Elijah wants to fight but is jumped by The Great Hands, who were disguised as stage hands. Elijah withstands the assault but is taken out with a guitar shot from Ali.

Despite coming up short against Dani Luna last week, Indi Hartwell will not stop until she becomes Knockouts World Champion.

Moose makes his intentions known to enact his rematch clause for the TNA X-Division Championship but Cedric Alexander, who recently won a Six-Way Scramble to become No. 1 Contender, takes exception.

Frankie Kazarian is confident ahead of his upcoming TNA World Title defense against Bear Bronson on the first iMPACT! of 2026.

It's main event time as the heated rivalry between TNA and NXT reaches its boiling point in a Five-on-Five Steel Cage Match! Two competitors start the match with one competitor from alternating teams entering after set time intervals. Team NXT will have the numbers advantage. Once all competitors have entered the cage, the first pinfall or submission will decide the outcome.

Mike Santana and Brooks Jensen kick things off. Team NXT gains its first advantage with the entry of Lexis King. While Santana enjoyed a momentary advantage, he quickly fell victim to the numbers game after King clobbered him with his cane. Steve Maclin evens the odds for Team TNA. Tyson Dupont is out next for Team NXT. Matt Hardy is on his way to the ring when he's blindsided by Tyriek Igwe.

Jeff Hardy joins the fray for Team TNA. Stacks is the next entrant for Team NXT. Then, The Righteous carry Matt Hardy out of the IMPACT! Zone.

Director of Authority Santino Marella is the final entrant for Team TNA and the match can now end in pinfall or submission. However, with Matt Hardy out of the equation, Team TNA is at a disadvantage. Maclin has Stacks Caught in the Crosshairs up against the steel. Everyone comes crashing down following a Tower of Doom off the top of the cage.

Marella hits Jensen with the Cobra, followed by Spin the Block from Santana to win!
