New Champions Crowned on Night of Shocking Arrivals at Victory Road
Victory Road played host to the crowning of a new TNA Knockouts World Champion and new TNA International Champion. Here is how it all went down.
It was an emotional moment when Ash By Elegance revealed that she is stepping away from in-ring competition and would be relinquishing the Knockouts World Championship. This led to a 10-Knockout Battle Royal where the final two competitors would face off later in the night to determine the new Knockouts World Champion. In the end, it came down to NXT's Kelani Jordan and Léi Yǐng Lee.
With Indi Hartwell as Special Guest Referee, Kelani Jordan triumphed over Léi Yǐng Lee to become the new TNA Knockouts World Champion. She will now defend the Knockouts World Title against Indi Hartwell at the biggest event of the year, Bound For Glory.

Then, Steve Maclin's International Championship was up for grabs against Frankie Kazarian.
Earlier in the night, Maclin found himself in a face-to-face confrontation with AAA's El Mesias, who made his jaw-dropping arrival on Countdown to Victory Road.
El Mesias would once again make his presence felt during the title bout, which would see Kazarian capitalize on the situation and pin Maclin to become the new TNA International Champion.
