TNA World Champion Joe Hendry joined Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt on commentary for the opening contest: Elijah vs. Call Your Shot Gauntlet Winner Frankie Kazarian! Hendry was confronted by Kazarian at ringside as Kazarian shoved Hendry into Elijah. Back in the ring, Kazarian rolled up Elijah to win!

After the match, Hendry retaliated with an assault on Kazarian! Security couldn’t break it up, but Elijah pulled Hendry off of Kazarian.
TNA’s physician insisted that Joe Hendry go to the hospital to treat his injured shoulder.
Eddie Edwards acted on the ultimatum he gave The System last week – either get on board with his vision, or you’re out! Eddie addressed each member individually: JDC, Brian Myers and Alisha Edwards are in but when it was time for Moose to answer, Cody Deaner crashed the party. Deaner looked to the people – and they want Moose out of The System. Moose clobbered Deaner with a right hand, and a united System beat him down!
Masha Slamovich, Xia Brookside and Léi Yǐng Lee promised to give Tessa Blanchard, Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx what they deserve!
Santino Marella directed Moose to TNA social media to find out two of his challengers in Ultimate X at Rebellion – and every member of The System will be in action next week on iMPACT!
TNA and NXT liaison Arianna Grace joined the commentary team as Spitfire battled NXT’s Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson! Both teams have their sights set on the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles. The action was back and forth! Threat was tagged in and brought the fight to both of her opponents simultaneously. Jackson wiped out Luna with a dive to the outside. Legend inadvertently struck her own partner but they recovered! Legend and Jackson put Threat away with the MKO to win.

Mike Santana thanked Santino Marella for getting his friend a spot on the TNA crew.
The Hardys addressed Nic Nemeth’s shocking betrayal at Sacrifice and their upcoming TNA World Tag Team Title defense against Nic and Ryan Nemeth at Rebellion. Matt said the scar on his nose is a symbol that he is still ‘Broken’ and he will stop at nothing to ‘Delete’ Nic Nemeth! The Hardys are interrupted by The Great Hands, leading to an impromptu match where if The Great Hands win, they will be first in line for a TNA World Tag Team Title shot!

As an ally of The Great Hands, Tasha Steelz was on commentary for this match. The Great Hands tried to bend the rules but it wasn’t enough! The Hardys fed off the roar of the crowd to stay in control. Jeff soared with the Swanton Bomb to score the pinfall on Skyler!

Leon Slater confronted Ryan Nemeth for talking smack about The Hardys! A brawl ensued but it was broken up by security!
TNA Injury Report: Joe Hendry suffered a grade 3 severe sprain on his rotator cuff earlier tonight. His status for Rebellion is unknown!
Steph De Lander and Mance Warned claimed that they run TNA! Director of Authority Santino Marella interrupted to make his special announcement: the Digital Media Title is being transformed into the TNA International Championship and the first champion will be crowned in a tournament culminating at Unbreakable! Marella took the Digital Media Title away from De Lander, while Sami Callihan attacked Warner with a baseball bat. Callihan tossed Warner off the stage through a table!
Mustafa Ali, The Great Hands and Tasha Steelz targeted the crew worker that was brought in by Mike Santana!
Ash By Elegance may be on vacation but Heather By Elegance and The Personal Concierge will mentor TNA newcomer Maggie Lee in the meantime.
Eddie Edwards vs. Ace Austin vs. Steve Maclin was revealed as a first-round match in the TNA International Championship Tournament at Unbreakable!
El Hijo del Vikingo will return in Ultimate X at Rebellion!
NXT’s Fatal Influence crossed the line in full force and a star-studded 6-Knockout tag team match unfolded!
Slamovich and Blanchard immediately went on the offensive. The match broke down as everyone got involved. Rosemary was seen watching on from the crowd! The action continued to be fast and furious as Slamovich brought the fight to Fatal Influence. Blanchard took out Slamovich with a cutter! Fallon Henley distracted Slamovich, preventing the Requiem on Jayne. Blanchard put Slamovich away with the Buzzsaw DDT!

The second first-round match in the TNA International Championship Tournament was revealed for Unbreakable: Sami Callihan vs. Eric Young vs. JDC!
Mike Santana was furious over Mustafa Ali’s actions earlier tonight.
Another first-round match in the TNA International Championship Tournament goes down next Thursday on iMPACT!: Zachary Wentz vs. Mance Warner vs. A.J. Francis.
Sami Callihan threatened Santino Marella to change around the tournament matches so that he could be in the same one as Mance Warner – or else!

Call Your Shot Gauntlet Winner Frankie Kazarian addressed the iMPACT! Zone. Kazarian revealed that he is calling his shot for a TNA World Title match on April 27 at Rebellion!
Kazarian was interrupted by NXT’s Ethan Page, who crossed the line into TNA for the first time since 2021! Page talked to Director of Authority Santino Marella – and he will be challenging Joe Hendry for the TNA World Title at Rebellion! Kazarian was irate and tried to attack Page! Page ducked as Kazarian retreated.
TNA iMPACT! went off the air.
