At Sacrifice, the heated rivalry between Nic Nemeth and Steve Maclin exploded when the two met in singles action for the first time ever. In the closing moments of their physically intense showdown, it was Nemeth who stood tall after sending Maclin to the Danger Zone. While the match at Sacrifice was contested one-on-one, their respective allies will re-enter the fray for a huge six-man tag team bout this Thursday. Battle lines have been drawn and war is about to begin as Steve Maclin, Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz clash with Nic Nemeth, Mike Bailey and Trent Seven!

At No Surrender, Mustafa Ali made history when he dethroned Chris Sabin to become the new X-Division Champion in his TNA Wrestling debut. Just two weeks later at Sacrifice, Ali joined forces with his newfound allies in the Grizzled Young Vets for another huge victory over Time Machine after Sabin inadvertently struck his own partner, Alex Shelley. While there’s no doubt that Ali has ushered in a new era in the X-Division, it could all come crashing down when Chris Sabin receives his contractually-obligated rematch this Thursday. Who will leave iMPACT! as the X-Division Champion?

Just when it looked like Eric Young was going to “beat The System” and dethrone TNA World Champion Moose at Sacrifice, he was blindsided by a disguised Frankie Kazarian who choked out the “World Class Maniac” with a camera cable. Bitter over his loss to Young at No Surrender and subsequent suspension by Director of Authority Santino Marella, Kazarian had the last laugh when he cost Young the richest prize in the game. In a digital exclusive clip, Kazarian was involved in a post-match altercation with the former TNA World Tag Team Champions, ABC, which led to this singles showdown. This Thursday on iMPACT!, it’s Frankie Kazarian vs. Ace Austin!

In a huge rematch that had the wrestling world on the edge of their seats, the returning Hammerstone conquered Josh Alexander at Sacrifice. With the score in their personal series now tied at 1-1, what’s next for the “Walking Weapon”? Hopefully our questions will be answered when we hear from Josh Alexander this Thursday on iMPACT!

Joe Hendry and AJ Francis have been embroiled in a game of one-upmanship ever since Hendry interrupted the debut of AJ’s new music video at Hard To Kill. But tensions really escalated when Francis began to insert himself into Hendry’s matchups, most recently costing him the Digital Media Championship on Countdown to Sacrifice. Later in the night, Hendry demanded that the two settle the score one-on-one and the match was made for this Thursday’s iMPACT! by Director of Authority Santino Marella!

Dani Luna and Jody Threat captured lightning in a bottle at Sacrifice when they defeated MK Ultra to become Knockouts World Tag Team Champions for the very first time. Now known as Spitfire, the determined duo have had the number of Killer Kelly and Masha Slamovich for weeks, culminating in their big title victory. Luna and Threat are wasting no time getting back into the action as they take to the ring this Thursday!
