TONIGHT at 8pm ET, TNA Wrestling is back as the Hard To Kill pay-per-view event emanates LIVE from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. For the first time ever, Hard To Kill will be available on TNA+ as part of the World Champion Annual subscription, or as a standalone purchase. Limited tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com. Don’t miss a moment of the action as the new era begins!
TNA Wrestling’s 1000th episode celebration saw the return of one of the most infamous match types in company history, Feast or Fired. It was here that Moose secured one of the three briefcases that contained a championship opportunity – a shot at the TNA World Title to be exact. After revealing that he would be challenging the TNA World Champion when TNA Wrestling makes its return at Hard To Kill, fans were wondering who would walk into the event as the title-holder. Current reigning champ Alex Shelley has since cemented himself as the face of TNA Wrestling, following hard-fought victories over Josh Alexander and Jonathan Gresham. Now Moose will challenge Shelley for the brand-new TNA World Championship as the two look to lead the charge into the new era.
At Bound For Glory, Jordynne Grace outlasted 19 other competitors to win the Call Your Shot Gauntlet and earn a championship opportunity of her choosing, anyplace, anytime. Moments later, Grace revealed that she would be “calling her shot” for a TNA Knockouts World Title opportunity when TNA Wrestling returns at Hard To Kill LIVE January 13th on pay-per-view. Trinity has been on a roll as reigning TNA Knockouts World Champion and the two top Knockouts are set to clash for the first time ever. Who will stand at the top of the Knockouts division when the new era begins at Hard To Kill?
Another blockbuster matchup has been made official for the return of TNA Wrestling at Hard To Kill. Following an exchange on social media, a former World Champion in Alex Hammerstone will make his long-awaited TNA debut. But stepping up to Hammerstone will be the former longest-reigning TNA World Champion of all time, Josh Alexander. Hammerstone laid out an open challenge on X, which was later answered by the “Walking Weapon”, leading to this epic first-time-ever showdown. A new era begins on January 13th and two of the very best are set to collide.
Chris Sabin will be one of the TNA originals leading the charge into the new era, and that means putting his TNA X-Division Title on the line at Hard To Kill. Sabin must defend against two formidable challengers in KUSHIDA and the returning El Hijo del Vikingo. Sabin and KUSHIDA have been longtime allies as part of the fan-favorite trio, Time Machine, but there can be no friends when you’re talking about the TNA X-Division Championship. Meanwhile, Vikingo soars onto the scene for the first time since 2020 and will unload his arsenal of aerial offense in an attempt to win TNA gold for the very first time. Buckle up and don’t blink when Sabin, KUSHIDA and Vikingo clash on January 13th in Vegas.
At Bound For Glory, ABC reclaimed their spot at the top of the division when they became the TNA World Tag Team Champions once again. But as revealed by Director of Authority Santino Marella, ABC must defend the TNA World Tag Team Titles against not one, not two, but three formidable duos at Hard To Kill: the Rascalz, the debuting Grizzled Young Vets and, after Trent Seven was unable to compete due to travel issues, the newly-formed team of Mike Bailey and Laredo Kid. With so much talent packed into one match, there’s no telling who will leave Las Vegas with the gold around their waists!
A match type synonymous with TNA Wrestling, Ultimate X, will make its highly-anticipated return at Hard To Kill. But for only the second time in history, the Knockouts will compete in the high-risk, high-wire spectacle. Who will risk it all for a coveted TNA Knockouts World Title opportunity at any time of their choosing? The stage has been set after Gisele Shaw, Xia Brookside, Jody Threat, Tasha Steelz, Alisha Edwards and Dani Luna were revealed as the combatants.
At TNA Hard To Kill, PCO will rise once again. Stepping up to the “French-Canadian Frankenstein” will be the brash and arrogant Dirty Dango, who will surely inform the world of his feelings towards the sport of pro wrestling. PCO scored a dominant victory on the final IMPACT-branded event, Final Resolution and one can only imagine just how horrific his actions will be when the new era begins on January 13th.
Worlds will collide at TNA Hard To Kill, you won’t believe who is showing up!
The stars will be out at TNA Hard To Kill. As revealed on social media, DJ Whoo Kid and AJ Francis will debut the music video for “WE OUT$IDE” when the new era begins in Las Vegas.
The new era kicks off with a special 1-hour Countdown to Hard To Kill, streaming LIVE at 7pm ET exclusively for TNA+ subscribers. The Countdown features a one-on-one battle of former TNA World Champions, Rich Swann vs Steve Maclin. Also scheduled: TNA Originals Eric Young and Frankie Kazarian team up against Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards, with Alisha Edwards in their corner. Plus, Tommy Dreamer will defend the Digital Media Championship in a No Disqualification match against Crazzy Steve!
