Victory Road was a historic night that saw three championships change hands!
After losing the X-Division Championship in Ultimate X just two weeks ago at Emergence, Mike Bailey regained the title with a singles win over Zachary Wentz in his contractually-obligated rematch! This marks Bailey’s third reign with the title.
It was do or die for Spitfire as they got one last opportunity to become Knockouts World Tag Team Champions – or they would disband. Tasha Steelz competed on behalf of Alisha Edwards after she was not medically cleared, but that would not derail Dani Luna and Jody Threat. In the end, Spitfire defeated Masha Slamovich and Tasha Steelz for their second reign with the titles.
ABC and The System’s Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers wrote another chapter in their rivalry but the repeated interference of Alisha Edwards tipped the scales in favor of The System. Eddie and Myers defeated ABC to reclaim the titles for a third time.
